$10,000 will be paid to each person who sends in a video or DVD of a product we use on TV in a “successful” two-minute direct response commercial or half-hour infomercial.

Just make a video or DVD of the hottest selling item or items from your fair and send us the tape. If we like the product, obtain rights to it, and go national as described below, you get your $10,000 reward. If you submit more than one “successful” product, you will receive $10,000 for each one.

Why are we offering this reward? Because we need your help. Although we spend a great deal of time every year searching fairs, trade shows, and publications, and reviewing submissions to find new products to present on television, it is impossible to find every potential winner that may be out there.

Each video tape or DVD submitted must be clearly marked with submitter's name, address, and telephone number and must list names of products and demonstrators.

Each video tape or DVD must be submitted with an attached list that sets forth the following:

1.	Submitter's name, address, and telephone number.
2.	Product names, manufacturers' names, addresses, and telephone numbers.
3.	Demonstrators' names, addresses, and telephone numbers.
4.	Date sent or delivered.

Terms and Conditions

Melvin Powers Television Marketing (MPTM) is continuously searching the marketplace for new products in connection with its video marketing programs. This is not a contest or sweepstakes, but a nationwide search for products. We spend thousands of dollars in our search, and we are willing to pay a “reward” to individuals who provide us with a video or DVD demonstrating a “new” product. “New” means that the product has not appeared on national or regional cable television. All submissions become the property of MPTM. Submitter warrants and represents that he or she has the legal right to make such submission and will hold MPTM harmless against any third party claim. In the case of duplicate products being submitted, MPTM will be the sole judge of the recipient of the $10,000 reward. In the case of multiple “successful submissions” of distinctly different products, multiple rewards will be awarded. To qualify for the reward, the product submitted must be accepted by MPTM, and at the sole discretion and judgment of MPTM, after appropriate evaluation and testing, be aired on national cable as paid programming for at least 12 consecutive weeks as a two-minute direct response commercial or half-hour infomercial. The $10,000 reward is completely separate of any ongoing royalty or similar arrangement that may be negotiated with and paid to the actual owner of the rights to the “successful” product. MPTM has the right to require the name and photograph of reward recipients for use in its future promotional activities as a condition to the reward. Any dispute, controversy, or claim between submitter and MPTM will be arbitrated in Los Angeles in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Submitter must be over 18 years of age and this offer is not valid in states or territories where it would be prohibited.
