I've just finished empathizing (and identifying!) my way through Cosmopolitan's Hang-Up Handbook, and do you know, I'm feeling strangely euphoric! I can't help sensing that every "hung-up" girl (and I think I surely qualify!) has something special going for her. Does that sound Pollyanna-ish? Well, really it isn't.
